RETURN POLICY AND SHIPPING
Requirement for a valid Return procedure
• Proof of purchase (order number, invoice, etc)
•Reason for return have to be valid and return acceptance conditions met (check out below)
- Should there be any item damaged due to our transportation, please contact our customer service within 24 hours on 0504753919 or email on sales@salesyards.com for claim purposes.
Remember to send back all items including the free promotional items that came with the purchase. If forgotten, the return will not be accepted.
Once your product is retrieved we will perform a quality check. If the quality check is successful, we will refund you according to your requested method of payment.
The refund will only cover the price of the said item except for transaction charges.
This will happen within 10 days starting from when your return request was submitted.
Note that if the quality check is unsuccessful, you will not be refunded and will be sent back your product.
You have 7 calendar days to notify us that you want to return your product after its reception.
How much time do I have to return a product to www.salesyards.com?
All items sold on www.salesyards.com, under certain conditions, can be returned within a period of 7 days from delivery date. Example: If I received my product on Monday 5th, I have until next Sunday 12th to contact Customer Service.
NOTE: You have 7 days to notify us of your return online or by calling Customer Service, from the day you received your purchase. For defective items, note that you have 7 days to return your product. After this period, we do not accept returns. We advise you to contact us so we can conatact the vendor if the product has a warranty.
How do I send my product to www.salesyards.com?
We will arrange a pick-up at your convenience within 48 after we have received your call or email against the product. However you will bear the cost of returning the item.
Note that for pick-up, we will make 2 scheduled attempts. However, after 2 pick-up attempts, we will cancel the return procedure and you will not be able to return your product to us anymore.
I received something I didn't order. What now?
Sorry, please always if possible on your side, verify the item delivered when given by the delivery agent. And reject if not matching your order. In case you accepted it from the delivery agent, you can still return it within 7 days.
Do I have to return all products in my order?
No, you do not have to return your entire order. You can return certain product(s).
Can I return my items after the timeline to return has expired?
Sorry, returns are not possible after the 7 days return period. You can reach our team for further questions at sales@salesyards.com If you experience issues after our return/exchange period has elapsed, you can claim your warranty (if any) from the authorized service center of the brand.
What should I do if I want to exchange a product and it is either sold out or not available?
You will have to return your product, within the 7 days after the delivery, and place a new order when it becomes available again. Please do not hesitate to contact our Customer Service Center at 0504753919 or sales@salesyards.com who will offer the closest available substitute of the product to you.
Do I have to return the free gift when I return a product?
Yes, any free gift must be also be returned.
Do I have to pay for shipping charges when I return a product?
Yes for shipping a product back to www.salesyards.com. This is because we operate and independent courier service which is outsourced.
SHIPPMENT
All your orders are shipped by us at to www.salesyards.com. A flat rate fee is being charged. All orders are shipped between 24 to 48 hours after you place your order.
Ensure that your phone number is correct and reachable since that is the only means to communicate your delivery and other information related to your order(s).
The timelines quoted are business days - Monday to Saturday only, weekends and public holidays are NOT included. They vary depending on the delivery option chosen
Door Delivery
Delivery time starts from the day you place your order to the day one of our delivery associates makes a first attempt to deliver to you. Delivery will be attempted between 8.30 am to 5.30pm Mondays to Saturdays.
How do I pay for my orders?
www.salesyeards accept payment through mobile money and credit cards. We also have a share to pay option where you can share the payment of a particular order with family and friends.
Free Delivery
20-mile Free standard delivery is only available on online orders Specified by Vendors on salesyards.com and it may apply to a radius of 20 miles from the Vendors pickup location to the buyer’s location, Upon a situation where your buyers delivery location exceeds a radius of 20miles, www.salesyards.com will apply a fixed discount amount, due to the www.salesyards.com distance-based rate to buyers delivery fee, and the difference will be added to the total product amount due as the final amount due.
Nation-wide Free standard delivery is only available on online orders Specified by Vendors on www.salesyards.com which is delivered through VIP Bus Station or any Bus station closer to your location and also www.salesyards.com dispatch partners throughout the country.
This option will be applied after typing your location upon checkout.
