Purchase Policy

Last updated: September 2026

This policy explains how placing an order on Salesyards actually works, including payment, pickup, and delivery.

1. No online payment

Salesyards does not process payments of any kind. When you place an order, it is recorded as unpaid. You pay the vendor directly — in cash, Mobile Money, or however they accept payment — when you collect your order or when it's delivered to you. No card or Mobile Money details are ever collected through the Salesyards website.

2. Placing an order

To place an order, you provide your name, phone number, and a choice of pickup or delivery (with a delivery address, if applicable). No account or login is required. Once submitted, your order is sent directly to the vendor you ordered from, and a confirmation with a reference code is shown to you.

3. Pickup or delivery

At checkout, you choose how you'll receive your order:

Delivery availability, timing, and any delivery cost are set and managed entirely by the individual vendor, not by Salesyards.

4. Order confirmation

After you place an order, the vendor is notified immediately. They will contact you using the phone number you provided to confirm the order and arrange the details of pickup or delivery.

5. Stock and availability

Products shown on Salesyards reflect a vendor's own stock records. In rare cases — for example, if the same item is sold elsewhere around the same time — a vendor may not be able to fulfil an order as placed. If this happens, the vendor is responsible for contacting you directly to resolve it.

6. Pricing

All prices are set by the individual vendor and are shown in Ghanaian Cedis (₵). Salesyards does not set, adjust, or take any commission from the prices shown.

7. Salesyards' role

Salesyards is a platform that connects buyers with independent vendors already using Pister Invoice. Each order you place becomes a real transaction directly between you and that vendor. Salesyards does not buy, sell, stock, or ship any product itself, and is not a party to the sale.

Questions about a specific order should be directed to the vendor you ordered from — they're best placed to help, since the order and its payment are handled entirely between you and them.
