These terms govern your use of Salesyards. By browsing the site or placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

1. What Salesyards is

Salesyards is an online marketplace where independent businesses already using Pister Invoice can list their products for customers to browse and order. Salesyards connects buyers directly with these vendors — it does not itself manufacture, stock, sell, or ship any product.

2. Who can list on Salesyards

Only Pister Invoice businesses that are based in Ghana, hold a currently active qualifying subscription, and have enabled the feature may list products on Salesyards. If any of these conditions are no longer met — for example, a subscription lapses — that vendor's listings are automatically removed from Salesyards until the condition is met again.

3. Placing an order

No account is required to place an order. By submitting an order, you confirm that the name, phone number, and (if applicable) delivery address you provide are accurate, so the vendor can contact you to fulfil your order.

4. Payment

Salesyards does not process payment for any order. Every order is unpaid at the time it is placed, and payment is made directly to the vendor, in person, at pickup or delivery. See our Purchase Policy for details.

5. Salesyards is not a party to your order

Once an order is placed, it becomes a direct transaction between you and the vendor. Salesyards does not take a commission or fee from any sale, and is not responsible for the quality, accuracy, safety, or legality of any product listed, the accuracy of listings, or a vendor's ability to fulfil an order. These matters are the responsibility of the individual vendor.

6. Product listings

Product information, pricing, images, and descriptions shown on Salesyards are provided and controlled by each vendor through their own Pister Invoice account. Salesyards does not independently verify the accuracy of this content.

7. Returns and disputes

Since Salesyards does not process payment, any return, refund, or dispute relating to an order is a matter between you and the vendor directly. See our Return Policy for more detail.

8. Explicit or adult content

Vendors may flag certain products as containing explicit or adult content. This affects where such products are shown on Salesyards but does not change any other part of these terms.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Salesyards to submit false order information, interfere with the operation of the site, or attempt to access vendor or order data that does not belong to you.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Salesyards is not liable for any loss or damage arising from a transaction between you and a vendor, including issues relating to product quality, delivery, or payment made directly to a vendor.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time as Salesyards grows. Continued use of Salesyards after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana.
