How to Buy on Salesyards

A simple guide to finding and ordering products.

Buying on Salesyards doesn't require an account — just a few details at checkout. Here's exactly how it works, from browsing to collecting your order.

1. Browse or search

   Explore products by category from the homepage, or use the search bar to look for something specific. You can shop across every vendor on Salesyards, or visit one vendor's own page directly if you already know who you want to buy from.

2. Add items to your cart

   Tap "Add to Cart" on any product, or "Buy Now" to go straight to checkout. Your cart holds items from one vendor at a time — if you add something from a different vendor, you'll be asked to confirm before starting a new cart.

3. Go to checkout

   Enter your name and phone number, and choose whether you'll pick up your order or have the vendor deliver it. If you choose delivery, you'll also enter your delivery address.

4. Place your order

   Once you submit, the vendor receives your order instantly. You'll see an order confirmation with a reference code.

5. The vendor contacts you

   The vendor will reach out on the phone number you provided to confirm your order and arrange pickup or delivery.

6. Collect and pay

   Payment happens when you receive your order — in person, directly to the vendor. Salesyards does not process any payment online.
